Where are your garments made?
Karachi, Pakistan. Our artisans take immense pride in their work, blending time-honored skills with meticulous attention to detail to bring each piece to life. Their dedication to precision and care ensures that every garment meets the highest standards.
Are Kaleidoscope pieces made-to-order?
Yes! We produce each item only once it’s ordered. This made-to-order approach allows us to deliver a custom-fit experience while also reducing waste. By crafting only what is needed, we minimize overproduction and stay true to our commitment to sustainability.
What is Kaleidoscope’s approach to sizing?
Each piece from Kaleidoscope is custom-made to fit your unique measurements. We believe there’s no such thing as “one size fits all,” so we craft each garment to embrace your individuality. You’ll provide your measurements during the ordering process, ensuring a personalized fit that’s truly your own.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since every piece is custom-made with care and intention, crafted to your unique specifications we typically deliver orders across Pakistan within 12-14 days. Our artisans take the time needed to ensure each garment meets our high standards for quality and fit.
How do I provide my measurements?
During the ordering process, you’ll be prompted to fill out a measurement form. Be sure to write in your measurements! If you’re uncertain, simply select a size from our chart, and we’ll reach out to confirm the details before crafting your item.
What if I don’t know my measurements?
No problem! If you’re unsure of your exact measurements, you can choose from our standard size chart when placing your order. Our team will contact you directly to confirm your measurements, ensuring your piece has the perfect fit.

Sustainability is central to our brand. By making each piece to order, we avoid excess production and reduce waste. Our quality craftsmanship and attention to detail also mean that each garment is designed to last, encouraging a more mindful, intentional approach to fashion.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept payments via bank transfer only. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive the bank transfer details. Please make sure to complete the payment within 24-48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled. This helps us streamline our made-to-order process and ensures each piece is crafted with the utmost care.
What if there's a problem with my item(s)?
Firstly Please accept our sincere apologies in advance. If there is a problem (eg., received defected/damaged piece or wrong article etc.) reach out to our customer care team within 10 days, with your order number and any other relevant details so we can look into it for you and resolve the issue with best possible solution.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing one?
Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are unfortunately not possible. In case of delivery address details being incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, delays or additional costs due to rerouting would be the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I return or exchange my custom-made item?
Due to the personalized nature of each piece, returns or exchanges are only accepted if there’s an issue with quality or fit. Please reach out to our team if you have any concerns; we’re here to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your Kaleidoscope piece.
How can I care for my Kaleidoscope garment?
We recommend following the care instructions provided with each item. Hand wash in cold water and steam iron on low setting is recommended mostly as gentle handling is key.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
As all orders are made to order for dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it or to add any items, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces.
