We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

Please Note, we will not be cancelling an order once the payment is made. After completing an order you are prompted to pay for your order, for us to initiate processing on our end. If you pay before confirming your size then we are not liable to cancel your order, instead it will be counted as an empty order.

At Kaleidoscope, each custom-made item is crafted meticulously to your specific measurements, making returns generally ineligible. However, your satisfaction with fit and quality is our top priority, so we gladly address the following circumstances

Quality or Craftsmanship Concerns

If you encounter any defects in the fabric or craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue, whether through repair or replacement, depending on the specific circumstances.

Minor Fit Adjustments

We strive to achieve the perfect fit with each piece. If you experience minor fit issues, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will be happy to assist with adjustments where possible to ensure your piece fits as intended.


Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached.
  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • No Signs of Wear: Items must be free from signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
